Walk & Talk is offered in Rhode Island (Newport, RI area) only

Walk & Talk therapy is a movement-based therapeutic approach— and is exactly what the name suggests! By taking our therapy sessions outside, we combine movement and the benefits of being in nature to allow you to explore your emotions with a sense of ease. Sessions will take place on a well-lit path, with multiple benches for rest.

If taking your therapy session outdoors sounds nice, but you don’t want the walk, we can bring chairs, a blanket, or utilize the benches in the park. Dogs & babies are also welcome on our walk if that would make it easier for you!
