Commonly asked questions—but feel free to reach out if you’re wondering about something else

  • I work with adults 21+ who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues (workplace, family, romantic relationships, friends), life transitions, and/or grief and loss

    • If you live in the state of MA, RI, or FL virtual sessions are available

    • Walk & Talk sessions are available in RI only

    • Insurances I accept include:

      • If you are in MA I accept Optum, United Health, Aetna, Point 32 Health, BCBS of MA

      • If you are in RI I accept Aetna

      • If you are in FL I accept Aetna & Optum

    • Out-of-pocket sessions are between $150-175

    • If you are out-of-network with the above, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement

    • I do have sliding scale spots as well - at this time all of these slots have been filled, but I will update if that changes

    • Sessions are 45-60 minutes depending on your need and my availability

    • Typically, in the beginning, I like to meet weekly in order to get to know each other/build our therapeutic relationship. Eventually, if there is no longer a need, biweekly sessions will be available

  • In our first session, you can expect that we’ll go over consent forms, practice policies, and any questions you may have. This will also be a time for us to get to know each other. I’ll be asking you to share more about what is bringing you to therapy at this time, your background and family history, and any other relevant information that could be helpful in our work together.
