Anticipatory Grief Guidance

A supportive space for individuals navigating anticipatory grief after a loved one has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply in need of someone who understands this unique experience, you're in the right place! In this 45-minute, one-on-one virtual guidance session, we'll explore how anticipatory grief is showing up for you, normalize the emotions and challenges you're experiencing, and identify personalized ways to support yourself through this season with greater clarity and self-compassion.

As a therapist with professional experience supporting people through grief and life transitions, and someone who has personally experienced anticipatory grief, I understand how complicated this season can be. I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding to this work, creating a space where you don't have to over-explain or minimize what you're feeling. My goal is to help you feel less alone, better understand your experience, and leave with meaningful, practical next steps.

This session is best suited for adults whose parent has a terminal illness and who are looking for additional support and guidance.

Please note: This is a grief guidance session, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
